Updated my information, does anyone really have an idea what dates VSC are processing currently?

The posted processing time is March 1, 2007. However, as you can see from the list, they had actually been processing petitions with an NOA1 of 6-7 months ago. I say "had" because the recent bulk transfer of about four months of old TSC petitions with NOA1 dates from March - June 2007 will probably make that March 1, 2007 posted time a realistic one now.

Please update the most recent list here, not the first one on the thread. I've put you in the most recent list (which is in chronological order, BTW).

I've changed the bulk TSC transfer dates from 1/31, which is when everyone got email that they were going to be transferred, to the date they received the email saying that their case had been received and was now pending at VSC. It's a more accurate reflection of when the TSC-VSC Invading Losers® were actually thrown into the mix at VSC.

We have yet to see a single TSC transfer approval. After about 2 weeks of having been in the VSC system, I am not sure they really are working on the cases. Would they not be able to get done with cases in a few minutes a piece? So why are they approving VSC filers form summer when there are year-old cases all around via TSC...unless they consider tSC transfers "newly arrived". In that case those can wait another 6 to 7 months...

You know we're not the only ones, right? We are just a very small piece of the pie. Technically, our petitions have only been in the VSC system a little over a week.

we are not the only ones waiting at VSC but certainly the group with the oldest cases. I simply wonder what the holdup can be now. Is it so wrong to hope that they now revert form their current July cases, clean up the TSC cases, and go back to processing August cases? I am just wondering how their inner workings are composed and what order they establish. I myself am one of the "younger" TSC transfers but quite some people are approaching one-year marks. I think they should be a priority to ensure they needn't drive hours (in some cases) to get their extensions extended.

I simply wonder what the holdup can be now.

we are only 17 people in probably a very big pile of petitions that got transferred. It's gonna take some time to get to us.

probably. I would still feel better seeing at least one approval just to see they re working and we are not put back in the end of the line!

I got so so so exited when we all got touch on the 25th or 26th.,... and now I am getting disapointed again :crying: ... what is going on!!!!!??????/// Please please do something people from Vermont!!!! get to work!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would like to call USCIS to ask about my case but I am afraid that the person who is going to aswer my call knows less than me!

06/01/2007 Send package to TEXAS Service Center

06/07/2007 Received NOA

09/20/2007 Went to get an stamp, denied stamp at the Miami USCIS Office =(

01/31/2008 Transfer to Vermont Service Center (after almost 8 months!)

02/22/2008 This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred.

02/26/2008 This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred. (Last Touched)

07/01/2008 : still waiting for a miracle after 390 days of suffering....

07/02/2008: Infopass Appointment. passport Stamp....

07/03/2008: Incredible!!!! Card Production Ordered!!!!!!

07/04/2008: Touched. Duplicate email Card Production Order

07/07/2008: Touched

07/08/2008: Touched. Email with notice of approval

07/09/2008: Touched again!

07/11/2008: CARD ARRIVES IN MAIL!!!!! THANKS!!!! WELLCOME IMMIGRANT LETTER!!! :P

Naturalization Process:

06/23/2010: 06/23/2010 - Send N400 after 5 years of permanent residency. Good luck !

Sept 10, 2001... Arrived in US (J1)

Sept 2002... AOS (J1 to F1)

March 2003...AOS Approved

May 2003... Flew to SA. Reapplied for F1. RFE and Finally Approved. 2 year F1 visa in Passport.

Jan 21 2004... Married in Chicago

Aug 2004... Applied for AOS, Petition for spouse and EAD

Feb 2005... Joshua, our little cutie pie is born on SuperBowl Sunday

May 2005... EAD Approved

Dec 17 2005... AOS & Petition approved (2 year green-card received)

Aug 4 2007... Mailed in I-751 = $275 (remove conditions)

Aug 31 2007... Everything returned, filed too early, wrong fee

Sept 17 2007 Refiled to NSC

Sept 18 2007... Delivered by DHL to NSC

Oct 10 2007... Received at CSC

Oct 15 2007... Check cashed, transfered to CSC

Oct 15 2007... Received 1st notice with application number and 1 year extension. Notice Dated 9/19/07

Nov 1 2007... tried walk-in biometrics, refused

Nov 8 2007...Biometrics completed. Staff at Naperville ASC were great!

Nov 9 2007... Last touch

March 7 2008... Card production ordered!!!!!!!! 5 months, 2 weeks and 5 days

March 12 2008... Case Status: Approval notice sent

March 15 2008...Green card received in mail...so done with USCIS done for a few years!!!!!! :)

I did see that the biometrics was added, but the date is 3-20-08 instead of 3-30-08.

I sincerely appreciate all that you do with keeping the list updated.
