VSC I-1751 Status List

Hi Cassie,

Thanks for the extra info about the delays. Now I understand why they are taking so long to approve the I-751 cases. That sucks, that we've been "put on the back burner" because of other cases and/or situations that they deem as "more important" than the current I-751s. Hopefully, for everyone's sake, they'll all be caught up soon, and will start approving the I-751 cases soon more quickly...

When you consider :

--that they took on the load of transfers from TSC in late January

--that they put naturalization petitions on high priority to get rid of the huge backlog

--that they worked on H1-Bs (or whatever they are called) as priority

then you'd get why VSC slowed down considerably this year. Everything (K-1s, K-3s, spousals, ROCs) got put on the back burner for a number of recent months due to reasons two and three. they are only now starting to rev up working on other types of petitions.

Just got email. Card ordered!

So I got this email twice. Once in the morning of the 7th and again once around 10pm on the same day.

And today, I got a letter. The letter has the same text as the email, with one significant exception.

It says to expect the card in 60 days.

The email said 30 days.

I just got this. I got the "Card production ordered" email a few days ago. And I got a letter yesterday saying the ROC was approved.

So now what does this mean? Does everyone else get this?

I just got this. I got the "Card production ordered" email a few days ago. And I got a letter yesterday saying the ROC was approved.

So now what does this mean? Does everyone else get this?
