I do not have good news i went to my INFOPASS and they told me they have denied my case.

That i will received a letter in the mail saying what to do. They did not even told me why.

But that could be something minor and i will need to file again

Does anyone know about what to do if your case get denied?

Did you receive an RFE at all? It really sounds like they sent you an RFE that you never got, and they can deny the petition for due cause of not responding to an RFE. I'm so sorry to hear about this - but stay strong, you (and your husband) can make it through this!

I sent you another email! i just spoke to my lawyer on the phone about you. she takes clients from all over.

At INFOPASS they did not tell me why or if any paper was missing. They just told me denied and you will received a letter.
