While having to submit the I-751 I was in the middle of the divorce, but my now ex-wife signed the petition for me. However we (my lawyer) included a statement that a divorce was pending and has not been finalized along with the usual documentation of a bona fide marriage that just did not work out. Always include all and complete information when submitting information so it won't bite you in the rear in the end.

Hello everyone!!

We've been moved to CSC on Feb 25 per email I received today. Noticed that there is a 6 month wait at CSC. Oh well, we had about that much of a wait left at Vermont - lols. I think we can hang. Hope everyone else is doing good. Also, (sorry) can someone update our biometrics taken to 8/25/08 ? thanks in advance.

Congratulations, (Foreign Import) on getting your 10yr green card!

After such a long wait, you deserve it! It's good to know that the VSC is doing something, even if it takes a long time. Too bad though, you couldn't get a refund for the I-751, as you only have the 10yr card for a short time now.

Oh well, onto the next stage of citizenship for you!

Yeah I know Okfir. I couldn't believe we had a touch Sunday when my husband asked me to look, and now it's Friday and nothing. But we're pretty far out there compared to most of those who got touched, so we know we're probably on the bottom of that pile. It's not like it really matters too much for us anyway. He's been a temp at his job now since last June and can't get hired because of a hiring freeze, even though 2 people left in the past 2 weeks so they should be hiring. I just hope we get approved before his driver's license expires, but I think that's in May or June so we still have time.

My hopes were up, expecting that decision would be made by the end of the week....... Unfortuantely there are few more hours b4 the end of the business week and it seems unlikely that approval will take place......

......... probably we have another month of waiting ahead of us.....

I give up and I won`t try to predict the devleopment of the application anymore...... It just gives me an anxiety......

Yea, it looks like it's out of control at USCIS, Applications are approved randomly, or whomever pushes stronger will get his case reviewd sooner. I wouldnt keep my hopes up for any approvals by the end of this day. another empty week.
