Congratulation on the recent approvals! I still want to see those outstanding December '07, January and February 08 applications approved too!

I agree... its about time. I mean I was worried, but those people should be angry! :angry:

We called USCIS 12 months after we oringally filed and their call center monkey (who has no idea about what goes on and really couldn't tell me anything I did't already know i.e. they received our biometrics and that the case was still pending) told me they would forward our request to be looked into and someone would get in touch with us with 45 days. Well we got a letter on Feb. 3rd saying and I quote 'Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action within 60 days of this letter.' My husband called them last week because there 60 days is almost up and he asked if there was a possibility they could have lost our case because no action has been done on it since March 2008 after his biometrics were received, the agent told not to rule it out and that it has happened before. :blink:

So it's been about 14 months since we filed for the I-751 and if we don't hear anything by beginning of April I will fly up to Vermont myself. :angry:

thats not right, you need to call your state representative or something, I think that forces it and I applied for citizenship b/c i knew that would also make them fine the file and at least open it. There are cases being approved for VSC in Nov almost a yr after u... they need to work on those cases that are past the 12 month period first

I feel your pain!!!!! Yesterday I called the 1-800 number and even talked to the 2nd level supprot and they also told me that my case it is still pending, i do not know what is going on, this is the second week of waiting for the denial letter and so far i got no news. I do not know if apply for citizenship or just keep waiting, we are not in the best position to spend the extra money to get another denial. These are the news so far, keep praying for us. Good luck! it's frustrating enough to wait a yr to know what is going on, but when they pass your date on the processing times, that must be frustrating - The only thing i see that works other than calling or citizenship is calling a state representative/senator or something to check on ur case.
