You should read it if you are worried for the delay in receiving an NOA. It will calm your nerves. :thumbs:

ETA: It only applies to I-130, so AOS from K-1 no worries. :blush:

05/23/2012: Application approved after RFE response
06/29/2012: Received letter from NVC

second stage just a quick question, to my understanding Permanent Residents can apply for citizenship until after 5 years of receiving our greencards, I was reading this thread and noticed that you mention that you will apply for citizenship on 2011, that's just 3 years after receiving your P.Residence shouldn't it be 2013?

I might be wrong, just a thought ^_^

Its 3 yrs if you are married to a US Citizen and been married for at least 3 yrs.

Its 5 yrs if you are applying based on employment.
