Do we anwser "Yes" on the following question if we've changed our address after receiving 2-year greencard?

"Have you resided at any other address since you became a permanent resident? (If yes, attach a list of all addresses and dates.)"

Then we need to list the previous and current addresses, correct?

The answer is yes. You need to provide your previsous address(es) and duration there since you received your 2-year green card.

Did you file an AR-11 when you changed addresses?

Yes, I sent the AR-11 form and my husband sent the I-865 form. But, only my husband received the receipt notice, not I. Was my case unusual? Did anyone have the same situation?

Another question about Part 3 (Additional information about you) in I-751 form: Other Names Used (including maiden name):

Should I put N/A or my name again because my name hasn't changed?
