I called USEM this afternoon, around 3PM and was able to talk to Sofia. She told me that my Visa was issued last February 12 and she advised that I'll just wait for the delivery. I then called Delbros and they confirm it. My Visa was released yesterday, February 13 and it's still in Manila but it will be shipped to Cebu within this week. I'll probably receive it early next week.

I'm sooooooooo glad! :dance:

Hi guys, here's another update and this time I'm happy that it's "My Good News". ;) I called USEM this afternoon, around 3PM and was able to talk to Sofia. She told me that my Visa was issued last February 12 and she advised that I'll just wait for the delivery. I then called Delbros and they confirmed it. My Visa was released yesterday, February 13 and it's still in Manila but it will be shipped to Cebu within this week. I'll probably receive it early next week.

DELBROSis at fault for the delay in our visa. Today on the phone they said the doc veriffication will be sent to USEM today. DELBROS has been sitting on our document verification for 5.5 weeks.

My suggestion is to call DELBROS after you pay the doc verification to make sure they have sent it to the Embassy.

I just received my Visa today! Yeheyyyyyyy...:-) I was keeping in touch with Nicks. She got hers first and less than two hours after her Visa was delivered at their home, mine was delivered here at work.:-) I can buy my ticket by Monday, yeheeyyyyyyyy...:-) And yeah, not to forget the CFO stamp. I had my CFO seminar already so the stamp won't take that long to get.

About Document Verification by Delbros, I tried to contact them after my interview and double check the payment I made with Metro Bank. Ms. Allen confirmed it that they have forwarded the document verification request to NSO and then NSO will be the one to forward the verification result to the Embassy. And yes, it would be helpful if you can double check the "document verification" at Delbros days before the interview... just to be sure that they have processed it already.

Visa received today by DELBROS. Jovy lives in Santo Nino, S. Cotabato, about 90 minutes north of Gen San. It took 9 days from approval to receive, for any trying to determine timing. I really expected an extra week in this process, but so excited we're ready to come back here together soon. Good luck to any still waiting and to all for happy and safe travels.

June 12, 2008: AOS and EAD touched!

July 19, 2008: AP Approved! Approval is sent!

July 22, 2008: Approval status available online!

July 26, 2008: AP received in the mail!

July 28, 2008: EAD card received in the mail! (With July 19 approval date)

Jan. 13, 2009: Interview Date at USCIS - Raleigh/Durham

APPROVED!!!!
