Guys, let’s make a thread for the Visa Tracking, please. I’m gathering information of those who had/have their Visa Approval this February. Those who got an approval and already receiving their visa or recently heard from Delbros about the Visa delivery, please update us on the progress so others who are still waiting can make plans about making a follow up at the Embassy or make inquiry at Delbros.

My Lady just called me and told me she has VISA in hand and she all ready went to CFO and got the required paper stamped and attached to her passport :dance: . Now we just have to get her a ticket on the same flight as me and we'll be all set.

How we met!

2006-02-23 Met on a flight from Manila to Shanghai while I was on my way home after visiting a friend

2006-09-19 1st trip back to visit just her and family. Went to Boracay

2006-10-09 Ask her father for her hand in marriage.

2006-10-11 Return home with sad to be leaving her behind

2007-05-02 2nd trip back. Went to Cebu & Bohol

2007-05-21 Return home

I-129F Process

2007-07-20 I-129F sent by next day express mail

2007-07-24 I-129F Delivered to TSC but rerouted to VSC

2007-08-14 Got NOA1

2007-08-17 NOA1 Hard Copy in the mail

2007-09-17 Went back for 3rd Trip to Kuala Lumpur, Malayasia & Manila

I got my visa on Feb. 12 before lunch and had my CFO the whole afternoon. My flight is Feb. 14

05/18/07 married

05/29/07 sent I-130s for me & my daughter at CSC

06/16/07 checks for I-130 cashed

06/19/07 sent I-129F not waiting for noa1 but with printed online copies of checks cashed

06/25/07 check for I-129f cashed

06/29/07 transferred I-129f to CSC

07/03/07 received noa1 in the mail for I-129f

10/31/07 approved K3 and my I-130 except for my daughter

11/05/07 received NOA2 in the mail

12/01/07 received mail from NVC/yey we got our case number

12/20/07 went to St. Lukes and had my early medical exam

01/30/08 schedule for medical

02/07/08 interview, approved!

02/12/08 visa pick-up/cfo

02/14/08 POE-LAX

May 29, 2008= NOA for biometrics both for AOS and EAD

June 6, 2008= Received SSN Card

June 12, 2008= Biometrics in Broadway Chicago

June 17, 2008= Illinois State Identification Card in Hand

June 20, 2008= RFE

July 11, 2008= GOT PREGNANT>>>we are so happy tough I have no insurance yet...grrrrrrrrr

July 16, 2008=USCIS received RFE and case resumed

July 16, 2008= 100% written passed driving test. got driving license

October 2,2008= Case Status Online,,Travel Document Approved and EAD card Produced

hey guys!!!

I picked-up my visa today, woohoo!!!

I'm off to be with my honey this Saturday!!!!

Thanks for everyone who helped!!!

And I'll pray for those who hasnt gotten their visas yet...

God is good!!! :D :D

08/24/06 - we met thru his cousin who was my co-worker

04/18/07 - my honey asked me to marry him and i said yes! we're ENGAGED!

05/28/07 - my honey sent the petition to USCIS

06/08/07 - USCIS recieved (on-line)

09/25/07 - hard copy of NOA1 received thru mail

10/15/07 - process for the petition was taking long so he decided to go back to the PI

10/22/07 - NOA2 approved (on-line)

11/08/07 - honey had to leave me again to go back to hawaii

12/10/07 - i was assigned an interview date (2/7/08) and PE date (1/30/07)

01/02/08 - Received PACKET 4!!!!!!

01/04/08 - 1st Day Early Medical at SLEC

01/07/08 - 2nd Day Early Medical at SLEC - PASSED!!!

01/30/08 - Scheduled Medical accdg to packet

02/06/08 - Interview at the USEM 7:30AM - APPROVED!!!!

02/12/08 - US Embassy called for visa pick-up

02/14/08 - Visa on hand YEY!!!!WOHOOOO!!!!!

02/16/08 - 3:30pm Flight to HNL, Hawaii

02/21/08 - Civil Wedding

AOS

4/20/08 - Received SSN

4/23/08 - NOA

4/25/08- ASC Appointment Notice

5/22/08 - Biometrics in HNL

7/30/08 - Interview (APPROVED)

8/11/08 - Green Card Received
