Just thought I would try my hand at bringing our little list to the forefront. Surely we have a couple of approvals due any day now. We certainly are a small group. It's been nearly a year since Misty submitted hers.

Five approvals, three denials. I wonder what the true approval rate would be if we knew everyone who has gone through London this past year.

Hi Mary

You can add us retrospectively to your list if you like, we went through London and our 601 and hardship letter (for CIMT) were approved on July 24th. Interestingly, our case was pending one day, then completed the next day. We know because then there were 2 site updates in 3 days. We put so much into the waiver they must have had enough, the waiver letter was over 20 pages long, plus 100s of pages of evidence.

Wow... that is alot of evidence. Can you tell me what date you submitted the waiver so I can put you in the proper position in the list? We have then arranged in order of submission.

Welcome to our little list. Retrospectively.....

I was looking at that list and can hardly believe it's been almost a year since we filed that waiver. Believe me you guys it is so anticlimactical. Once it's over it's like it never happened. They have you hyped up for months on end and getting the visa is soooo undramatic and flattening. I mean, you're happy of course but you begin to feel like I went through hell for this?? One little piece of plastic.

Beetee, hang in there lady! I know you're getting your good news soon! It's getting time for it! Bailey, what's your waiver doing? Have they started to look at it yet?

Mary, congratulations on finally getting your move date to the UK! I know it's all bittersweet for you, and I hope you and Tom are very happy together!

Nigel, where the heck are you??? Surely by now your tan is sparkling so you can come back to chat with us! :P

Hello Misty.

Well it might feel anti-climatic to you now but it's not for us right now. We would do anything to have that little piece of plastic in our hands. Just remember what it was like before you had yours and how much you worried and stressed. That's where we are now.

It seems like London has tightened up since you and nigel went through. Seems like they are denying a lot more lately. I don't think London will be the same as they used to be. Now that they added more people doing the waivers and they are doing waivers from more countries. You guys might think I'm nuts.......but after over a year of watching it sure does seem to be different now. Doesn't give me a warm and fuzzy feeling anymore. I'm starting to doubt our chances now. Yeah I know it might be nerves since ours should be coming up in the next 4 weeks or so. But I just don't feel as confident as I used to. Guess this goes along with the whole process. Oh and did i mention it .......................I HATE THIS.

Just have to laugh to keep from crying and throwing up. It just really seems like there should be a better less stressful way of getting through this. I sure don't know what it would be but I know there are people out there who are wayyyyyyyyyy more smart that I am.

Beetee I hope this is your week. You have been waiting and tortured enough. Keep strong and keep positive.

Bailey

I second that, Vicky - I would love to have that little piece of plastic too :hehe:

For me, I think I'm done now...stick a fork in me - I can't take much longer, the waiting is just so nervewrecking and I'm so tired of feeling anxious all the time, my tummy all in knots, never knowing what tomorrow will bring :( I don't like that Under review feeling........gaaaah - such torture.

Vicky, I hope that they'll complete your case soon and that it doesn't get Under review, for sure I'll be praying for your approval too  It would be awesome to see Complete next to both our cases sometime next week.

Beetee,

Oh no you don't. ....................this is your week to get the news. Your week to be Queen Bee. I'll wait for my turn but the spotlight is on you for this week.

You all just better not desert me and leave me here by myself. I'll throw myself on the floor and kick my feet and thrash around, whine and cry if you do. :D I sure don't want to be the lone ranger here whoo hooing or sobbing by myself. Won't you guys feel bad for deserting me and leaving me in here to talk to myself. Just think how guilt ridden you will be for leaving me here to go mad. Just teasing you guys.

You know once this is over and done with we should have a little cerimony and christen this thread dead. Nobody seemed to want to join us so bury it and let it die i guess. ;)

Yep i'm on the verge of nutsville.

I didnt mean that what you are feeling isnt important because it is. I am just telling you that although you are happy to have the card in your hands, it really makes you assess the whole thing and realize that everything you went through was garbage.

Beetee, what's up???

Never mind, I am not explaining myself very well today....*sighs*
