Hey, Bailey, I was wondering that same thing! I wish I was on a sandy beach somewhere, but alas, just working and stressing! How is everyone else doing? We're a bit of a quiet bunch lately, it seems.

I'm still counting the days, but not as obsessively. I'll only really start to freak when our case says, "under review" on the tracking list! Next week is your interview. How are you guys feeling about it? At least finally you're moving forward, right? Good luck, and I'll be thinking good thoughts for you.

:D Aww a live person............he he

I guess everyone is just trying to chill out and relaxe a little. Yeah I wish I could win the lotto and just buy us all an island. We could all live there and I wouldn't require immigration. ;) Yep next week he will be going to the embassy. I guess we are both just wanting to get it over with. Just get the dang thing filed already. Every time I look at the online I-601 list it seems to get longer and longer. Nobody is getting nervouse yet but I have had little bouts with wondering if the hardship letter is good enough though. I can't do that but I wonder once in a while.

Oh I will be waiting on you to come on here and scream that your under review.................. We can have a big party and maybe I can even whip up a few cupcakes. It seems like once it goes under review it's been taking about a week to process. I'll be so jelouse of you when you guys get to that point. I'm sure by the time we get there you guy will be stressing and trying to figure out the AOS. lol

Well my guy should be on here soon. better run

I'll be watching

Hi all :D

Wow, the weather has been great these past days - no sandy beaches though... :hehe: Hope you guys has had sunny weather too.

Nothing new from Denmark..

I can't believe that I'm still not on the list  I thought that it would be added on this week ..... bummer. I wanted to do other things and put it in the back of my mind, lol, but I can't - not before I'm on the list .... I'm so weak

Wow, with all those cases on the list, I wonder how they can keep their estimated 12-15 weeks?? how often do they update the list - anyone knows???

Oh well, hope you are all doing well :luv: and good luck with the upcoming interview Bailey :D

Hi beetee,

Oh yeah it's been great weather here too. We were almost to 80 degrees over the weekend but it's cooled back off to about 60 today. Thanks for the well wishes on the interview. He seems to be doing ok but he will probably be a wreck the night before. I think we are about as ready as we will ever be. I keep wondering if we have forgotten anything. I'm glad it's not me going or I would probably need medication. lol I probably won't hear from him about the whole thing until Saturday the 6th after he gets home so I'll probably post what he tells me about it then. He's not much on giving details but I'll tell as much as he does.

Oh I hope your case gets put on there soon. I'll keep watching for you. I usually check it in the mornings to see if they have made any progress. (i'm already looking and i know ours isn't on there  ) I'm not positive but seems to me Friday is the day they add case numbers. I might be wrong on that one. I haven't really tried to keep track of it. I know what you mean about "all" of those cases that are on there. Every time they add another one I say a bad word. Keep thinking there's another one in front of us. Maybe the more they get the faster they will go. Ok I can dream can't I? Hang in there and I hope you don't stress too much. Will be watching for you to post a WHOO HOO as soon as your case number is on there. I'll put some sprinkles on those cupcakes for the occasion.

oh and sorry for the last post. boy i need to remember to use spell check. lol

Best wishes,

Baileyj

Beetee, I can't believe you're not on the list yet!! Talk about slow torture! I know what you mean about all those cases on the list. I can't believe they're ever going to get to us. There are like six cases between ours and the "under review" London one, and we're coming up on our 8th week on Monday! How's that going to work? Now I'm all worked up again! Okay. sitting back down in my little office chair. Calm, soothing thoughts ... Okay. I'm back. No worries! It will all work out.

I know what you mean about the beautiful weather. It's that way here too. Me and me mum (as Caspian says) trekked on over to the Home Depot to check out the flowers and plants. I'm just itching to buy some, but really can't until middle of May. Too cold at night here still. I love spring!

Well, you guys have a good day!

Hi guys,

so great to hear that everyone is doing fine :D

Bailey,,

80 degrees...wow, nice! I'm so jealous - I don't think that it's that hot overhere, I would guess max 60 degrees :( I just love the warm and sunny weather :luv:

Tiff,

you're just like my mom, the slightest bit of sunshine, and she is off to buy flowers - I love flowers too, but I'm not too eager about the planting and stuff - rather just see the result :D

I couldn't help myself, I had to check today again........ no update :( I'd be sooo happy once I get on the list. I totally understand you Bailey, I get kinda sad when I see too many cases on the list, I know that it would just mean that it will take longer for me - and you too ;)

I thought that since I submitted my waiver in March, I'd figure that it would be around June I'd be done..... yeah right, it doesn't really look like it..now I'm thinking, if I'm lucky it will be around August or so :( just the thought of it makes me soo sad  I just miss my husband so much...

Oh well, hope you guys have a nice day - let me know if there's any update, okies :luv:

Oh well maybe he will surprise me and send me a note before then.

Thanks, Bailey! I was thinking we should be reviving this thread. It just sits here so sad with nobody posting on it! I know what you mean. I told Cas that he should just wait to tell me what happened until he got home, and I was also kicking myself! Waiting it sooooo hard!!! This has truly been a test of my patience. We're at nine weeks on Monday and I just can't believe I've been able to wait that long. I guess I chock it up to the older I get, the faster time flies!! :D We'll be waiting to hear from you.

BTW, am I calling you Bailey when your name is Vicki? I'm sorry. I didn't realize that.

Anyway, try to have a good day.

Hi all.

Just got a short little update. He called his other sister and had her email me. He said things went well and that He did have to file the waiver . He said they were very positive about it and they told him is should be around 8 weeks. HA HA HA to the 8 weeks. I think we all know that's not going to happen. At least it's all done now and we just have to hunker down and wait to see what happens.

Thanks again for the well wishes,

Vicky

Hi all...

Great to hear that it went well for him Bailey-or should I say Vicky, pls let me know :)

8 weeks you say, well that's wonderful to hear, I'm just going to fool myself into believing that :P I was told at the Copenhagen embassy that they had changed the procedure for the I-601 waiver, meaning that there was now a whole group of people that ONLY takes care of processing them, when usually in Copenhagen there was only 1 person - I don't know if that's such a major change but it does sound good that there's a bunch of people handling the I-601 waivers, perhaps that's why we see more cases "under review" at one time. :)

Have a great day all :luv:

hi beetee,

You can call me either one. It just seems so silly using baileyj when my name is Vicky. lol Didn't think much of it when i picked out a user name on here.

Well I'm not getting too excited about the 8 week thing. I think it's still saying 12 to 15 on the list so I'm thinking that will closer to reality.

Now I'm going to be obsessing on when we make the waiver list.

See ya,

Vicky

Vicky, sorry to hear about the waiver but at least you are staying so positive about it. Hope that what the previous posted stated about more people working on the waivers means things get moving faster for you all
