I am soooooo excited! i just got off the phone with Enrico and he told me his interview is on May23 at 9:30am!! i am so relieved and happy :dance::dance: Thanks to everyone who has helped to make our journey go this smoothly so far!!! i just hope the interview is just as smooth!!!

04/08/06- received packet 3

05/23/06- INTERVIEW at 9:30amAPPROVED!!!!

06/01/06- visa in hand!!!

09/15/06- AOS APPROVED!! got email saying welcome letter was sent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

09/20/06- welcome letter received!!! and approval email sent

09/21/06- touched and GREENCARD RECEIVED!!!!!

06/08/07- one year anniversary

06/08/08- two year anniversary

06/08/09- three year anniversary

We sent my fiances package (DS 230, etc.) a while ago, we got a reciept from Deutsch Post that they signed for the package on 20Mar06. We haven't heard anything back from them yet. We went to Frankfurt last week to see what was up, and the lady at the Embassy was not nice at all. She pretty much yelled at us and told us to wait a few more weeks. I'm glad that you got service though. Do you think he will get his visa the same day of his interview?

September 13TH 2006 NOA1 for EAD and Adj of Status

September 23rd Biometrics notification by snail mail

September 27th RFE : Cosponsor needs to send more proof of his business activity

September 29 th RFE sent to Lee's summit

October 6th : Biometrics.

October 9TH:"RFE delivery refused!!, not enough postage available!"

October 16th : RFE finally delivered after second try!

October 18TH: email notification RFE received! Finally updating things online?

October 30TH: Transfer to CSC!!! Wohoo!

November 2th: CSC received case;online notification!

November 8TH 2006: AOS APPROVED!!!! Vive California!!! 5 days to get approved!Online notification

November 14 2006: GC or should I say White card arrived in the mail!!! I checked my mail only on the 15th

LIFTING CONDITIONS (Nebraska/California)

August 04th 2008: Mailed package directly to California

August 18th 2008: NOA1 date

September 10th 2008: Biometrics
