I-551 passport stamp for kids travelling

Our plan is to take our kids to Colombia for the summer with Grandparents as we did last year. Last year conditional resident Mom and kids go down, Mom comes back after a week, kids stay with GP's for about 6 weeks or so and then fly back, escorted by Avianca attendants. Works great. This year we are in the middle of Lifting of Conditions and it's time to make the flight arrangements, but we have concerns. We have NOA1 on Mom. We have biometrics appt for end of Feb. We do not have the NOA (inclusion) that shows the kids are included in the application (which they are). So, seeing the long timelines of TSC to VSC xfers, I'm pretty sure no GC's for the kids by June. So, is it possible for kids to travel without Mom to reenter USA with either I-551 stamps on passport (if we can get those) or NOA1 and NOA that shows inclusion in application (if we ever get that). Has anyone had their children travel alone in this situation? Or if absolutely necessary, Mom can go back down and bring them back, but that's going to be kinda spendy.
