Good Day All,

It has been quite some time since I have been on these boards. So much has happened in the last 2 years. I am however enjoying my new home is the US =)

Now that my 2 years is coming up I know that I have to lift the conditions on my CR1 visa. My questions is does immigration send a notice with the forms to me or do I have to just start the paperwork myself? My green card expires 5/22/08 and 2/22/08 will be my 90 days.

Also, if I have moved do I have to let them know? If so what form do I use for that? I am still in the same state just a different address from my original filings.

One more question. I received my green card in my maiden name but the rest of my documents are in my married name (drivers license, ssn etc) except for my passport. How do I get my new green card in my married name. I will be renewing my passport this year also with my married name.

Thank you for all the help....

Mel

They will not inform you or send you any forms to file. It is up to you to file the I-751 on time.

Any time you and your sponsor moves you must file an AR-11, and sponsor MUST file I-865, this is the law. AR-11 within 10 days, and I-865 within a month. AR-11 can be filed ON-Line, DO IT NOW.

AR-11

I-865

When you file the I-751, use married name, and indicate maiden name under other names used.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
