Anyone got the AOS interview?

By V + A in Adjustment of Status (Green Card) from K1 and K3 Family Based Visas

Hi, guys!

Just wondering anyone here have the simailar situation like me, may be we can share the feeling~

I filled my AOS, EAD N AP on Nov 23, 07. Got the NOA on Dec 4, 07 N the Bio. App. on Dec 15, 07. Then i got the RFE of AOS. I sent it back N check the on-line state, they got it on Jan 28, 08. I got the AOS interview letter today N they schedule us on Apr 3, 08. But i don't get my EAD N AP yet!

Feel so bad just sitting here... Miss my family in HK... Can't get driving lisence, SSN... :crying:

Looks like things are moving pretty fast on your AOS. EAD and AP usually take three months. You're only about 65 days since NOA1.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
