Does anyone know the cost of childrens vaccinations in US??

I'm going to be over in the US for 3 months with my daughter. Before we leave she will have her 2 month vaccinations but will be due her 3 month and 4 month ones whilst we are out there. Does anyone know how much it will cost me to take her to a doctor out there to get them?? I can't find any info on it!

Hold up...we have no idea why she's coming to the States, if she's married, if her child is a USC...the possibilities are endless.

Filling out a timeline, telling us what visa you have or have filed for, and telling us why you'll be in the States would help.

more info...I'll be coming out to the states on VWP to file my K-1 papers and then leaving after the 90days to complete back in the UK. My daughter will be registered as a USC at the London embassy but I won't be able to do that before I leave to go out there so I guess I have to pay for the vaccinations.

Have you asked your health visitor if she could have the jabs BEFORE you go?

Or if not, if a delay of a month or 2 will be detrimental to her?

Applied for K1

Met online 2001 - just aquaintances

Sept 2002 - 1st US visit - everything goes perfectly.

Dec 20th - Forms recev'd at CSC

Dec 27th - NOA1 received by snail mail!

Dec 29th - 'Touched'

March 10 2006 - NOA2!

March 23 - recv'd at NVC

March 24 - petition sent to London

April 9th - Pkt 3 rec'd!

May 17th - Pkt 3 signed for at London Embassy

May 24th - Medical

May24th - Pkt 4

June 14th - Interview 10am - APPROVED 1pm!!

June 16th - Visas received in my hot little hands 1pm :)

July 19th - flying to US!

July 27th - Married!! :-)

Aug 7th - Applied for SSN in married name

Aug 9th - SSN received

Ah, okay. That all makes sense.

Yes, it looks like you'll be going out of pocket. :( If you already had a Record of Birth Abroad for your daughter, you could probably take her to a public health clinic for her jabs and get them for free, as you'd have proof that she's a USC. But without it, you'll probably have to pay out pocket. You still might want to try one of the public clinics, though--that'll probably be cheaper.
