:crying: I know everyone is tired of seeing me post a topic here but I don't know what else to do the USCIS 800 number is of know help and they say we can't see any problems with the application or anything. Our I-129F was rcved 01-27-2006 and we have not rcved a request for more information or and a approval yet.The case does not show up online and we can't get any meaningful information from USCIS.I am here with our children yet it is so difficult for there mother to get here.Any incouraging information would be greatly appreciated. Has anyone else had to wait over 90 days to hear something from USCIS AND WAS IT GOOD NEWS. :help::help::help::help::help: I need my wife here as well it is difficult raising kids alone. All praise to the single parents  out there with infants it is a job especially when you have medical issues yourself but the children come first.

just look at the timelines, yours isn't all that unusual.

If you're concerned that it may be lost, then call your state Senator's office and ask to speak to the Immigration Liase. That's what they're there for.

Good luck.

athomp,

Rhetorical question - if caring for the kids is difficult for you due to medical (or other) issues, why are the kids here with you instead of there with their mother?

If being with you is the easier of the two options, then you've got the best situation available to you while you and your wife go through the established process for her to immigrate.

My newborn child has medical issues as well :( and the medical care here is alot better than it is in a 3rd world country and again the children come first. I am not complaining about the children because that is my job as their father, I just wish their mother could be here to help us out and see the progress in our baby and plus we miss her and love her (L) .

Judging from your timeline, it doesnt look too unusual. Not to be discouraging, but it looks like you may still have a long way to go. Patience and just live as good as possible for now.

Best Regards
