G-325A question about attaching passport photo

Hi,

Reading the guides on this site, i saw the following instruction, and i had some questions about it:

One passport-type photo (see specification) of the foreign fiance(e). Write the full name of the foreign fiance(e) on the back. Place in a plastic bag and label the bag "Photo of (insert foreign fiance(e) name) ". Attach the bag to a sheet of paper and place behind the corresponding G-325a.

What do we use to write the name--pen or pencil? I was under the impression that it's a pencil, so I wondered what others have done...

What type of plastic bag do you put the pic in? And how do you label the bag, write on it?

Then, do you clip this bag to the last page (pg.4) of the G-325a?

Or do you use another sheet of paper and clip it to that?

Seem like silly questions, but we are so paranoid about this that we don't want to get it wrong!

Thanks again for your help!

Pen.

You can use a sandwich baggy if you like.

Then, do you clip this bag to the last page (pg.4) of the G-325a?

Either is fine.

Don't over-think it too much. You're not going to get RFE'd or denied because you used the wrong kind of baggy. :) Just go with what makes sense. If there's something that matters a lot then the guides will cover it.

Good luck!

What I did was put the passport photo a ziplock baggy and stapled that baggy to a blank piece of paper. I then put it behind the G-325A and paper clipped them all together

I put the passport photos in a sandwich bag and then put the packet together with ACCO fasteners.

Hi there!

Can anyone tell me how do you have to write your name on the picture? Capital Letters or not? Name first and after that family name or Family name first and name after? Example: Anna Martin or Martin, Anna? or ANNA MARTIN vs MARTIN, ANNA?

Thank you very much!
