I cannot believe that I have read in my RFE:

The Service will process your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization (if submitted) within 90 days of the receipt of your missing initial evidence.

For how long does the EAD is authorized?

I believe the EAD is valid for one year. But someone might chime in and confirm! :)

AOS Approved on 10-17-08 (details in profile)

Removal of Conditions on 07-19-10

In this tedious process, we tend to forget that this is all worth it.

I love my hubby beyond anything in this world.

Really, I hope mine won't be stopped either. Maybe they said that for hurry up us...

It had passed almost a week that I received the RFE (2 weeks since USCIS send it) and still I cannot see when can I answer that they want. It's too hard almost the same stress that we had when we were filing the AOS.

OMG

Oh what I see, maybe we'll neighbors. I'm living near to Dallas...

What exactly is the RFE requesting that you have trouble answering?

It is standard language that you received regarding the resumption of processing once they [uSCIS] receives back your response to the RFE. You should concentrate on responding to the RFE as soon as possible, because no processing will happen in your case until you respond.

Good luck,

Not if you applied for AOS after the fee hike in July of 07. it is my understanding that renewal of auxilliary documents (EAD/AP) that are necessary while your GreenCard is being processed are at no charge. I could be wrong and I'm sure someone will correct me...but I think this was one of the 'perks' to AOS according to USCIS, during the fee increase debate.

I'm working very hard on it.

I got a RFE for I-864 from petitioner. But there are a lot of evidence to show and to explain the last years unemployment. I'll I sent it tomorrow.
