Where exactly is the office? I thought it was down on Jackson but my AOS letter says Congress Pkwy....

I live in the burbs and I HATE to drive into the city. So - of course I am getting freaked out about it already.

Thanks,

Malarie

I have never been there, but it is right across from grant park. You could take 290 all the way in. Or take metra and get a cab if you don't like the drive. What time is your appointment?

Thanks for responding so quickly!! Our appointment is at 10am (and not until the end of March) but as I said I get freaked out about having to drive downtown... getting to Grant Park is easier than going all the way down to Jackson -- so maybe it won't be so bad!!!

Actually -- taking Metra sounds even better -- hmmm decisions. I am sure it would be easier and cheaper to take the train rather than driving - parking and trying to find the place.

If the address says Congress Parkway, it's at Congress and Clark. If you take 290 in, it's basically on your right side of the road almost immediately after you go under the financial building. I'm not sure about parking, but it's very easy to get to. Or the Chicago LaSalle Station is two blocks away if your local Metra train stops there.

If you really hate driving, take metra and get a taxi. Why stress about driving - the interview is enough to worry about! Just go early and have a map and the address. Then just hang out in a coffee place until it is time to go in. Then celebrate with lunch! No stress :D
