Hello All.

This post is specifically for folks who who are going or have recently gone through the K-3 Process in the New Delhi Consulate. My case should be be headed to New Delhi Consulate in a month or so, I was trying to forecast on hwo long it takes etc.

Please reply back to me how long was your timeline ( and what steps were involved) from the point Embassy received your case and the time it took for:

1) Sending our Forms and checklist to beneficiary

2) Embassy sets up Interview Date (use the start date as the date that Embassy rcved the case)

*Assume that the spouse turns back the needed forms etc in a normal or speedy timeframe.

Thanks again!
