Hi

I read carefully this link:

http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/template.PRINT/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=f858d59cb7a5d010VgnVCM10000048f3d6a1RCRD&vgnextchannel=db029c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD

and it says that the petition to remove the conditions of residence, version 02/05/07 that you provided on May 11th, 2007 is accepted so my understanding is that the fee attached to it 275$ should be fine since the version is accepted yet. (instead of 465 plus 80 $ biometric fee)

Please confirm or infirm. Thank you.

correct fee is $465 plus $80 biometric fee.

That version of the form might be accepted but you still have to pay updated fees.
