petition to remove the conditions of residence, version 02/05/07

I read carefully this link:

and it says that the petition to remove the conditions of residence, version 02/05/07 that you provided on May 11th, 2007 is accepted so my understanding is that the fee attached to it 275$ should be fine since the version is accepted yet. (instead of 465 plus 80 $ biometric fee)

Please confirm or infirm. Thank you.

correct fee is $465 plus $80 biometric fee.

That version of the form might be accepted but you still have to pay updated fees.
