G-325A

Hi everyone. My wife and I are not sure if we both have to fill out the form G-325A (Biografic information) for the AOS. Can someone tell us that has been through this process if my wife is the only one that needs to fill out this form.

Only the person adjusting status needs to fill out a G-325A, NOT the US Citizen.

It also depends if you need to file I-130. For I-130, both spouses need to file out G-325A.

It also depends if you need to file I-130. For I-130, both spouses need to file out G-325A.

THE OP is adjusting from a K-1, I-130 is NOT needed when adjusting from a immigrant intent visa like a K-Visa, unless the K-1 marries outside the 90 day I-94 period.
