The G-325A form has 4 of the same applications.

Is it two for myself and two for my fiancee to fill out?

do I send all 4 forms or just two and keep the other two as copies?

We want to bring her 1 year old son too, do we need to fill about the G-325A application for him or by putting him on her two G-325A forms would allow him to get k2 visa?

Thanks

You both have to fill out all four pages and sign them. You send all four pages from each of you.

I'm not sure about the child. Someone else will have to answer that for you.

You have to send in four pages like Bailey said. Four for you, and four for your fiance. Make sure the numbers at the bottom of each sheet has the numbers 1-4. You do not have to fill out the G-325 A for the child at this point in the process. Just make sure to list him on the I-129.

10 year GC Approved - APRIL 16th ,2009 - Peggy and Jonathan's......

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.

so i need to send 8 G-325A forms in total?

I think you have the mistaken notion that they're all the same.

They are not. There are subtle differences from one page to the next at the bottom of the pages relationg to different agencies.

One G325A consists of four pages; each page slightly different than the other.

I concur with the above re the 4 pages that make up the G-325A but wanted to add....

You are not petitioning for your fiance's son, so nothing is required to be completed for him, only as has been stated, make sure he is down as a child of your fiance on the I-129F. Your fiance will make an application for his visa along with hers further into the process.

If you use the fillable form from the USCIS the software will do all four pages for you as you fill in the first page: http://uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/index.htm

But my questions is that if I need to fill one out with my information and another one with my fiancee information?

Also do I send it with the petition or later when they ask for it? Does my fiancee keeps theone she fill out or i send both her and my copy?

Thanks

Yes, you fill one out for each of you and send all of both in with yours and her signature on all pages. Use the guide section above and use the example forms area to help you.

You fill in your G-325A (4 pages) with your information, and your fiances fills in their G-325A (4 pages) with their information. You sign yours and your fiance signs theirs. They are both sent with the I-129F petition.

Read the guide (link below) for what is required to be sent along with the I-129F petition.
