I have all my paperwork prepared - starting to panic now

Do K3's need to submit DS-156k as well as DS-156 to the embassy?

The embassy web information is ambiguous. :help: needed here.

Although the Embassy website doesn't list the DS156k in the "contents" section, you can see that they've listed it under the "What do I do First?" section:

"At the same time, please complete and return the form DS-156 and DS-156K. Note: Please do not sign the the DS-156 or DS-156K. The forms must be signed before a consular officer on the day of the visa interview"

I guess that means they consider it part of the DS156????

I agree it's a bit confusing, but I'd definitely have the DS156k ready too (err on the side of caution) ;)

RMHurd,

My wife was able to complete DS-156k for her K3 visa application. In fact, she was required to.
