Where's my EAD N AP?

Hi, guys!

I filled my AOS, EAD N AP on Nov 23, 07. Got the NOA on Dec 4, 07 N the Bio. App. on Dec 15, 07. Then i got the RFE of AOS. I sent it back N check the on-line state, they got it on Jan 28, 08. I got the AOS interview letter today N they schedule us on Apr 3, 08. But i don't get my EAD N AP yet! Do anyone know is it the RFE delay the EAD N AP? Anyone here get the similar situation? Thx! :crying:

90 days for processing from DEC 4, your NOA date, however the RFE can delay processing on those.

Same thing happened to us only we filed for AOS & EAD not the AP. It turned out that USPS sent my EAD back to USCIS because our name wasn't on the mailbox. By the time we found out and got them to send the EAD out again it was only a few weeks till I had my AOS interview and GC stamp.
