Hello there

This is my first time posting on the board. I am applying for the K1 Visa and recently received 'Packet 3' in the post. I have been filling in the forms and will soon return them to the London Consulate (I am English),

My question is this: On the DS-156K form, it says that 'the following forms must be attached in order to apply for a fiancee nonimmigrant visa'. Does this mean that I have to return these forms when I return Packet 3 to the consulate? Or do I just bring these to the visa interview?

Any help anyone could possibly give me on this matter would be gratefully received!

Thanks again

Tom

yep, packet 3 is quite confusing....

I haven't attached a picture to form DS156 as the instruction sheet says to bring a picture along with all other documents to the interview.

Now I've read that the picture should be attached to the form before being sent back....I hope they won't fuss about it!? Any ideas , anybody?

Make sure you also send back the checked instruction sheet, it states that they won't give you an appointment without the

checked instruction sheet...
