Question-2nd NOA - Forwarded to Consulate?

I just recieved my second Notice of Action (NOA) stating that the I-129F has been approved. I have seen other approval NOA I-129F letters and they state, "We have sent the original visa petition to the Department of State National Visa Center (NVC)..."

In my Approved NOA it states, "The above petition has been approved, and forwarded to the listed consulate." So does this mean my petition is being sent directly to the consulate in Moscow? Is my approval NOT going to the the NVC?

What are other peoples Approval NOA forms saying currently?

I need to contact the NVC, or the consulate, ASAP because my fiancee has moved and I need to update her address in order to have her packet sent to the correct address.

Any thoughts or help will be greatly appreciated.

You can call NVC (a week after your NOA2) to check if they received your petition already. I tried that before even without receiving notice (NOA 2) from USCIS yet. People from NVC are nicer than the people from USCIS. Good luck!

You were never a mistake. You were my realization.
