Hello Alll VJMers!!!

I have been reading alot of threads lately about k-1 september filers getting their noa2. I filed Sept. 23 so I am really hoping I might be getting news in the next few weeks. Should I be getting excited or is there any reason for a longer wait period. The members who got their noa2 filed 2 weeks ahead of me and got their noa2 on Monday 4th.. I am again just curious and wonder if there is a science to all of this. As of yet I had no touches or emails sent to me by the USIC's so I dont know what to expect...

04/27/2012...... Check cashed

04/30/2012...... Received NOA 1 dated April 26, 2012

06/01/2012...... Received notice for biometrics dated May 29, 2012

06/20/2012...... Biometrics schedule (early bio June 05, 2012)

06/18/2012...... Email notification, N400 placed in line for interview

06/29/2012...... Email notification, N400 scheduled for interview

07/05/2012...... Interview Letter Received

08/07/2012...... Interview (PASSED)

hang in there!!! i saw many sept filers get their noa2 and i was an august filer... it will come soon! they touched our application on 2/7 and approved it the same day so there is hope!! good luck

Officially Engaged December 24th, 2007!!!

Moved to the U.S. to be with my baby on July 19th, 2008 on a K1 visa!!!!

Our NOA1 was sept 24th...........so we are pretty much on the same time line as u guys are.....according to the vj timeline we could have gotten it as early as today....... :) :) we were not too much expecting it to come today but sure were praying for it.........oh well the day is not over yet lol.........dont worry all of us well get it soon.........hang in there

September 11, 2007 - Sent I-129F to CSC

September 12, 2007 - I-129F delivered to CSC

September 26, 2007 - Official date of receipt on NOA1

September 29, 2007 - Received NOA1 via snail mail

October 2, 2007 - Touched

February 20, 2008 - Touched/Approval date on NOA2

February 21, 2008 - Touched

February 26, 2008 - NOA2 via snail mail - Approved!

February 28, 2008 - NVC received file/NVC sent file to Ankara

March 4, 2008 - DHL delivered to embassy

March 21, 2008 - Packet 3 received

March 31, 2008 - Packet 3 sent to embassy

April 4, 2008 - Packet 4 received

May 28, 2008 - Medical appointment

June 3, 2008 - Scheduled interview date was 23rd. Asked for a closer date and was given the 3rd instead.

June 3, 2008 - Interview was successful and K1 is approved!

June 9, 2008 - Visa in hand.

August 2, 2008 - Our wedding party

August 12, 2008 - POE Miami

August 20, 2008 - Legal US wedding

December 8, 2008 - Sent AOS packet to USCIS

May 4, 2009 - Interview day - Approved!

June 23, 2009 - Green card received.
