Am depressed now... The NVC told Paul there is nothing they can do till 90 days are passed from the time the Notice of Approval was sent. That Notice is valid till the 27th April. Paul is going to move from Odessa to Houston in mid-March... I am really really depressed now.

If you call the NVC about a petition forwarded from the Service Center to the NVC they say it will be 90 days blah blah blah.... Dont wait 90 days. After the 90 days is up the NVC wont do anything for you anyhow they will refer you back to the Service Center and the 1800 line.

First, does your NOA2 say they are sending it to the NVC? It must specifically state that.. and even if it does, they may have sat on it thinking you are already in the United States.
