Need some advice pls????

hi everybody... i received a packet 4 package from US embassy in Manila...it includes, DS156, DS156K, DS157... do i need to send it back to the embassy after i fill it up or do i need to submit it during my interview... Do i need to submit all the originals form they needed?? like passport, B-cert, my finace' W-2 and form 1040, pictures and evdence of our relationship??? pls help..need some advice plsss... You should have all the originals from the petition. Claudeth just took the forms to the interview with her and they collected them at the first window.

No, you don't need to send the DS forms back. You will submit them during your interview. Your passport will be taken by St. Lukes for submission to US Embassy. During your interview, you will submit original NSO-issued birth certificate, NBI clearance, W-2, Affidavit of Support etc. etc.

Take everything with you for your interview - I made photocopies of everything and produced an original with the photocopy behind it - except the affidavit which they took and police clearance cert.
