Ds 230

Hello,

I did not include the passport photograph with my spouse ds230 this is not my fault I did not know those knucklehead require it when they send me the form. Also I receive a REf the same day I receive my ds 230. The reason for this is they fail to send me the DS 230 on time, so they decided to send both the ref and ds 230 the same day. The question is can I use the old REf to send the pictures or should I wait for them to send me a new ref. My ds 230 is yet to be reviewed and the automated massage said they are still waiting for the first ref that came with my ds230. Pls advice. Thanks in advance

You can send your Photographs along with a copy of barcord sheet received with DS230 instructions. Make sure you write the beneficery name and your case number behind the photograph. I had enquired abt this with NVC, as i too did not know that photos were required!! and their website is yet to be upadated about this!
