Hello my friends, how is everybody doing?

We are preparing for our interview on march 13.

l am worried about something here, my husband who is the petitioner didn´t work from june, 2005 to agust 2006.

Currently is working and he meets the income required, he got his letter from the job, pay stubs and all of that.

He got also his taxes from 2004, 2005, 2006. He has been with this company since agust 2006.

Do we need a cosponsor?

Please help.

Thanks Faith11.

No, as long as his income is now sufficient.

Thanks pushbrk. I'll be filing my AOS pretty soon and I was wondering about this as well.

I made above poverty line the last 10 years except for 2006. But I already filed my taxes for 2007 and I'm above the poverty line again.

I think I'm good to go without a co-sponsor. Thanks again.
