Hi,

I am newbie, HI to all...

Here I got a a question.....

I am getting married soon. My finace is in India and I got I20 for her too...thinking of coming both together..here my qs follows:

1) Can I have I-20 that is issued for a date that falls before marriage when she go to embassy..

2) If I get I-134 signed for her Can I do it now(remember not married yet)? becos in some sections it asks the relationship.

DO U THINK THE VISA OFFICER WILL CHECK ALL THIS?

OR

Simply can i send docs to her after I get married and come back 2 USA?

pls respond...

I would really Appreciate u r reply
