What Forms need to be filled out after K1 NOA2?

I have not received my NOA2 but i feel like it's coming soon and after reading a couple of other topics i kind of got the understanding that there would be more forms to fill out and provide to my fiancee so she could present them at her interview. I was under the impression that only the Affidavit form with supporting evidence was needed. Are there any other forms which need to be filled out?

From my fiance, I had the Affidavit+photocopies of his tax return/bank statements/other investments. Everything else he provided me with was the evidence of ongoing relations - aiport stamps from his passport when he travelled to Ukrine, phone calls, etc. Your finacee, on the other hand, will have to fill in two and get all other documents requested such as a birth certificte, police certificate, etc, etc, translated and, probably, notarized. (You could check on the US Embassy in Ecuador website or here on the Ecuador portal.)

You'll know for sure which forms and documents you need to complete once your fiance is contacted by the Local Consulate. In the meantime you could search on your Country's portal as well.
