I have not received my NOA2 but i feel like it's coming soon and after reading a couple of other topics i kind of got the understanding that there would be more forms to fill out and provide to my fiancee so she could present them at her interview. I was under the impression that only the Affidavit form with supporting evidence was needed. Are there any other forms which need to be filled out?

As far as the petitioner, the I-134 is the only other form you need to fill out.

The other forms will be filled out by your fiancee.
