Our spice rack fits 40. If you need more than 16, get a bigger one.

40??? Where'd you get it????

And another problem I have is that the racks are shaped different than some of my spices. I have some that come in square containers, some in little round ones and others in big round ones.

Get the kind that comes with the glass containers and you can just transfer the spices.

This one looks like it'll do the trick and it's kind of cool looking but I can't help but think I can find it cheaper at a chemistry type store.

The only thing with glass is that spices exposed to light get less potent quicker. If you do use a glass thing of some sort, keep them in a dark place.

Do you guys have a Containers and More store in your cities? Or Ikea or something. They are usually pretty good at having just about anything and everything you could need.

I LOVE Ikea but it's about an hour away. It's a total day trip.

I just use Lazy Susans in my cabinet -- one double-decker that holds the smaller containers, and several singles for the tall ones. (I have a lot of spices -- even 40 bottles would NOT be enough !) They stay nice and fresh there in the dark, away from humidity and the heat of the stove.

And yes each turntable is alphabetically arranged.... how else would I find anything ?????

We have a shelf above the stove full of herbs and spices. Must be nearly 30 or so, at least.

The problem with that is that I'm short. :P I'd need a ladder everytime I cook!

That sounds like a great setup!!! I'd have to free up a cabinet though. Which brings me to another annoying topic.................................plastic tupperware type containers!!!! OMG I could pull my hair out just thinking about opening my container cabinet because inevitably everything falls to the floor, I curse and then have to put it all back in and hope it doesn't burst the door open after!!!! :girlwerewolf2xn:
