I have always loved British TV and my latest find is Torchwood. The show is very fun to watch although it does get a little OTT with the bi-sexual stuff. Anyone else here watch it?

Hubster loves it... he downloads the episodes as soon as the new ones are shown in the UK.

never watched it for more than a few minutes but Neil's mom loves the show

Yeah, over the top. They seem to go out of their way to have at least one heavy kissing scene with Captain Jack and a guy in each episode since he "came out". It doesn't really bother me but it does seem to be done as a statement. No matter, I still like the show. BBC TV rocks.

Maybe. You don't see it much here on TV. GB has always been more open about sexuality on TV. Thats why I always loved Monty Python and Benny Hill. :P

Maybe. You don't see it much here on TV. GB has always been more open about sexuality on TV. Thats why I always loved Monty Python and Benny Hill. :P

Are you also into Dr. Who and Life on Mars? Hubster also loves/loved those programs.

We watch a number of Brit programs and I have to say the open sexuality sometimes still surprises me because of how relatively puritanical US TV seems. It doesn't bother me, I'm just occasionally still caught off guard by how much skin and language is ok! LOL

I'd always assumed Benny Hill was American...

I've never watched Torchwood. I really don't like Dr Who, so I haven't really given Torchwood a chance.
