10/08/2010: "Touch" & Check was Cashed

10/09/2010: NOA1 Received via mail.

10/22/2010: Status Changed Online "Request for evidence" It was for Biometrics.

10/25/2010: Request for evidence recieved "Biometrics Notice".

11/18/2010: Biometrics date ==> 11:00AM. Biometrics was taken On time.

12/03/2010: "Yellow Letter" Received.

12/06/2010: "Touch" Case Moved to "Testing and Interview".

12/08/2010: Interview Letter received via mail.

01/13/2011: Interview Date. Done, " Thanks To ALLAH, I Passed the Test.

I-130

02/06/2008. Mailed I-130 to Chicago Lockbox

02/08/2008. I-130 delivered to Chicago Lockbox. Signed by V BUSTAMANTE

02/20/2008. I-130 NOA1 date. Vermont Service Center

08/26/2008. Touched. (I-130 transferred to California Service Center)

08/27/2008. Touched.

08/28/2008. Touched. (This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred)

08/29/2008. Touched.

09/26/2008. Touched.

09/27/2008. Touched.

10/16/2008. Touched.

I mailed on the 4th...sent it to Texas instead of lockbox because I'm dumb...but that's what the I-130 instructions said on the damn paper. Hopefully it's been forwarded to the lockbox...sigh. So I'm in here too. I'm not always around on this forum but I'll keep in touch, frankly this place just makes me cry....

NVC SLIGHTLY LESS HELLISH JOURNEY (BUT ONLY SLIGHTLY)

Paid I-864 fee online, Paid evil IV fee thingie

Metodi sends DSwhatever email making Sam AGENT007

ALL the DS230 and I-864 Docs are in hand, in order, and were mailed 11/5/2008!

personally im not filing the K-3, im sticking with the I-130 route. it just seems that it makes more sense since its not much of a time difference, and it will work best in my situation. plus i've seen rumors that it was cancelled :P

those are just rumors.

in case there is no backlog in the process how much time difference is between K-3 and Cr/IR-1 routes???

how come that you guys sent the I-129F along with the I-130, i was reading in the instructions for K-3 and it says clearly that you have to include a copy of the NOA-1 with I-129F package?
