just curious if anyone else has fallen out of the stated time lines? Still haven't recieved anything, but my package was dated as being recieved on the 7th of december. I will call them soon. Just wondering if I'm alone or not.

* May 6th, 2008 - Recieved NOA2

* Jun 4th, 2008 - NVC Forwarded to Embassy

I-130: Currently @ Californica Service Center

* Dec 7th, 2007 - I-130 Recieved at Chicago Lockbox

* Feb 6th, 2008 - Check cashed for I-130

* Feb 9th, 2008 - Recieved NOA1

* Feb 14th, 2008 - Touched

* May 6th, 2008 - Recieved NOA2

We sent out I-130 petition in on November 27th and JUST got the NOA 1 on the 4th of February. The check was cashed the next day! So, you should be next soon!

11/27/07 I-130

02/04/08 NOA 1 (I-130)

02/06/08 I 129f sent

02/16/08 NOA 1 (I-129f)

05/06/08 NOA 2 (I-130)

we are in the "November boat" also. received November 11. still no money order cashed and still no receipt. and not even "in the system"

Sweet they just cashed my check!! And I sent my I-130 and I-129f together!! Don't believe the dates they posted heh.
