Ok I know I am a pain! I have a couple more questions:

1) is the EAD fee $70? and I know the AOS is $395 - does this include the biometrics fee as well? I have confusing info were to send this all too ! does it go to my local area office - I am upstate New York - Albany - not sure if it goes here or to Chicago !

2) my hubby doesnt have 2003 tax returns because he didnt file them - we have 2005 and 2004 - what do we do about the 2003 ? and should we include his W2's which we have - and also the employment letter.

3) veryyyyyyyyy stupid question I know - but do I get a money order from any bank ?

4) I have my vaccination supplement - but how do they get the k-1 visa medical info - is that transferred from the London Consulate?

Many Many thanks for your help !!

Carol & Jason,

1) The I-765 fee is not $70 nor is the I-485 fee $395 (although the I-485 fee + the biometrics fee is). Visit the USCIS web site to find the fees.

2) Until not too long ago the answer would have depended on why your husband didn't file a tax return in 2003 - essential information that you haven't provided. But these days only the 1 most recent tax return is required.

4) Remember the envelope that you weren't supposed to open that you turned over to the CBP immigration officer when you entered the USA?

3) I would suggest using personal check because them you can see if and when they were cashed, but if yo uwant you can use money order from any bank, or even cheaper post office.
