need help in starting the letter for hardship and don't know how or what or where to start, can someone help me out?

Hi we are about to send our visa packet to ciudad juarez, and well all we need now is for them to let us know when to go to mexico, to our interview (1st), how long does it take for us to get a spot? and other question i'm going to start doing the letter of hardship and don't got an idea of what or where or how to start it off, what if i do it wrong or something... please help me out??? :help:

NM covered all bases very well. I was also going to suggest immigrate2us.net, I just couldn't remember the name. Too bad kitkat no longer checks into VJ anymore, she was the expert with all of this hardship letter stuff. But definateley check out the site, it has lots of useful info. Good luck :)
