Forumers, I'm asking for your support, prayers and encouragement to get through this very frustrating time in my and hubbys life. We had our AOS interview last week (experience detailed at below link)

AOS Interview

Needless, to say it's been a week and we haven't heard anything. Just stuck in limbo...Things are pretty tense in our house right now. I swear USCIS are pros at mental torture. At this point we just want an answer so that we can get moving!!

I am not familiar with your particular case but (1) it looks good because there was no outright denial (2) they had you sign the conditional permanent residency thingy. I have done some reading about the 245i and it seems like you did everything OK.

Did the IO mention anything about FBI namechecks? Sometimes those can take some time as well.

Hang in there...we are here for you (F)

I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. But what I do get, is that you had an interview for AOS and they left you with a "we'll get back to you" and that is heart-wrenching. This process was so long to even get your husband here and now you're jumping through hoops again. I'm very sorry to hear this and I pray that God will give you the strength to endure and that this would only strengthen your relationship and committment to each other. It'll all work out, this is just a test. Blessings. (L)

Thank you both for the kind words! ZeeNusah, no she didn't say anything about the FBI name check. From the way things went I think we have cleared that part... I sure hope so!

Zainab, I posted a response to your question about St. Louis in the "REal Talk" forum. Let me know if you have any other questions.
