Getting Worried

ok guys, my patience is really getting worn out. I checked the timelines again today and it seems like everyone around me is getting their noa2s!!!!! from csc too!!! what the hell is going on?? I don't understand why our noa1 hasn't even been looked at in almost 95 days!!!!! I tell you I'm about to blow a gasket I'm so frustrated and mad. I don't get it!!!! It hurts that they can just screw around when people are waiting to be with their loved ones. I just needed to vent that. I don't know whether its because I was denied twice at the border and I've got a name hit or what? Is there any way I can contact CSC?? DO they have an email where they can be reached?? I need to call attention to this somehow cuz I'm just not going to sit back and wait wait and wait. I mean geez, someone in Feb with an NOA1 already has their NOA2. I'm going crazy!!!! Thanks for listening but I didn't know where else to let it out.

hang in there, it will come, I had so much support on here when I was going through what you are now, rant all you want to, that is what we are here for, to help you get through.

Guys, if it makes you feel any better, I have a NOA1 date of January 4th. I got touched three times (April 6th, 7th and 8th) and now everything has stopped. No RFE, no NOA2, no denial....nothing. I called them up and all they say is that it takes upto 120 days. Well, most of the people around my time have got their visas. Sometimes I think that the service centers pick people delibrately and make their lives miserable. I am very VERY angry and demotivated right now. Anyone else out there with a NOA1 from early January and no NOA2 yet?

I know exactly what you are going through. My NOA1 date was 1/23 and I keep praying everyday that something will be in the email or mailbox, but nothing, yet we see others getting approved everyday that have NOA1 well after ours. It is very hard, we are very happy for them because we know they have been waiting just like us, but we have been waiting too and it like they just skipped over our files or something. I know how you feel. I am getting more and more frustrated day by day. I say we at least email the CSC, it cant hurt anything. It may not accomplish much, but at least we are doing something.

Have a read here http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=2603 which may give some understanding of what happens at service centers. In particular look at the posts by meauxna and the links within one of her posts.

If there is name hits for whatever reason, this can delay the processing of the petition. I hope you hear something soon.
