I am printing out phone logs for interview and was wondering....couldnt I just print out the part that shows the text messages instead of the whole part? Toooo many pages and the rest is irrelevent

i only gave them the pages with my texts msgs. I also highlighted each text so they could find them easier.

What I did was I only included the text messages that were between my fiance and I.

Does the rest of it list the phone calls that you made to each other? If it does, maybe you should include them. If it's just to advertisement part, then it's probably fine to omit.

Yes I made sure to show our calls. Although its an 800 number because i use cards and it shows a us number now that i use pingo local number I highlighted those. however, another issue I have is that the bills have my mothers name because me, my brother and moms got on a family plan and we all just split the bill...that will probably be an issue.

Well, it still connects him to you. Even if it's through your mom. Show proof that she's your mother and maybe get an affadavit that you are on a family phone plan and pay your own bills to call your husband. Then if they ask, your husband has a response and proof there with him.

That is a good idea. Our address is same and she does have my maiden name and her name is on our original petitions as my mother and there a gazillion exchange calls from me and hubby. You know whats cool. i have a friend who is a notorary public and she is not charging me for whatever I need.
