My friend entered US with K3 visa, she had 2 year Green Card, but divorced with ex-husband before the Green Card expired, she sent in the I-751 to removed conditional for green card, but not result yet. And it's 7 months after the green card expired even after one year extended. Now she married another US citizen, she want to apply green card again. Should she sent in I-485 or I-751? is she legally to get another 2 year green card? what current INS status does she hold? On the I-845 form, how should she fill in teh I-94#, the date of last arrival, expires date and so on?

Thank you very much.

Sorry it's I-485 not I-845 form

What happens depends on the result of the I-751. Was it approved or denied?

Even if she went out of status, I'm not sure she is eligible to apply for a green card again, at least not without coming back into the US on an appropriate visa.

She needs to see a lawyer to sort out her current status and what she can do to stay in the US.
