Hello,

I just have a simple question, I went to Cleveland to give my biometrics as part of my authorization for employment, which is already approved and in my hand, now I have to file the Adjustment for status (I'm a k3 visa holder) and the instructions said that the have to take my biometrics. So, my question is: is not enough one time? do I really have to go again and do the same?

Thank you

yes thats right!

I filed for my EAD first , without the AOS (was in no rush to do the AOS at that time)

once I received my EAD card and had everything in place I then filed for my AOS

and yes had to do biometrics again.

you need a new picture for the Green card and a "full set" of finger prints!

if you had applied for EAD and AOS at the same time...its a one time biometrics!

thats my experience!

Good Luck!
