I called NVC today. I found they sent me the DS-3032. I have this document already signed by my wife but the signature date is a week old. Can I mail them the document or the signature date should be after the DS-3032 was genrated? second can I mail it from the US or she should mail it from her country.

The date does not matter.

Mail them that DS-3032 and get going.

Best wishes for a fast journey.

I'll point to James' Shortcuts if your interested.

Whether you use the shortcuts or not, the paperwork you'll need completed is listed there.

Date is ok. But you can change the date also. Many people were successful of taking care of the choice of agent by email.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
