Hi everyone, Well we had our interview in oct 07, It was 2 interviews, they interviewe my fiance, and then the next day they interviewed me. I stayed in morocco for 3 months, when they said he past the interview we were happy , but when it was time for me to leave we still hadnt heard nothing about his visa. Im in usa now and its been almost 4 months and we are still waitting. Can any one help us, i have emailed casa 3or 4 times now and i have call uscis, and called nv. i dont know what else to do. :help:

can you please show me what is wrote on your 221 g..?

i had interview in fev/4/2008 and i got 221 g:

section 221 g which prohibits the issuance of visa to anyone whose application does not comply with the provisions of the immigration and nationality act or regulations issued pursuant thereto, the following remarks apply in your case :

we have returned your application and petition to the departement of homeland security's citizenship and immigration service, any further inquiries to your application and petition can be directed to their attention and the CIS office.

members here told me that my visa has been denied ...,i am lost !!!!!!!!!!!!! :help::(

I hate to tell you this, but if that's the text on your 221g, yeah it sounds like you're denied. You need to get with your congressman ASAP and get this turned around now. Your petition has been sent back to the US. Check out the pinned threads at the top of the MENA forum about petitions being returned via the 221g. Pay special attention to chiquita's posts in the last several months. She is extremely well-informed about this sort of thing and it the best guide for you right now.

Im really sorry to hear this happened to you, but it can be fixed, if you act now.

How are you lost? You've received a lot of good information on what to do next. I'm sorry that you were denied. (F)

Ditto. You're getting ALOT of good advice in your other thread. Dont let the complexity of the situation overwhelm you. Get your fiancee (Im assuming she's the USC) involved now. Listen to what Chiquita has to say, she's your best hope right now. You can fix this, if you follow the instructions you're given.
