That should be the automated message right but I got " A PACKET OF INSTRUCTION AND DOCUMENTS ARE BEING GENERATED.." when I called NVC. So this means the same thing right?

Yes, this is normal...I wouldn't worry about it. I would just concentrate on gathering the required documents.

what about mine? they received my payment for the visa and immigrant fee bill last 1/15 and on the recording its says " a packet of documents has been generated and should be mailed back in the nextfew weeks , and my dilemna is its been past 15 days no mail yet do u think its lost in transit or is it normal for long wait?

the mail in the philippines is unreliable lostgurl18 if i were you i would generate you own coversheet and mail it all off alot of time mail never arrives to you in the phils good luck
